Frequently asked questions.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Monsterz Ink is fully licensed and insured, and our mobile tattoo studio is registered and professionally equipped. Depending on the local authority where your wedding or event is being held, a temporary licence or registration may also be required. We’ll check this as part of the booking process and arrange any necessary permissions in advance.
Who can get tattooed?
Tattooing is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. Valid photographic identification is required, and we reserve the right to refuse service where tattooing would not be safe or appropriate.
What tattoos are available?
We specialise in small flash and fine-line tattoos. A curated or custom flash sheet is agreed before the event to suit the couple, occasion or brand.
How much does it cost?
Wedding packages start from £800. Travel is included up to 1 hour each way from DY3; travel-time surcharges and mileage may apply for venues further away. We’ll confirm all travel costs before you book.
How far do you travel?
We’re based in DY3, West Midlands. Travel up to 1 hour each way is included; 1–2 hours each way is +£100 and 2–3 hours each way is +£200, plus mileage where applicable. Venues over 3 hours away can be quoted individually.
What do you need from the venue?
Requirements depend on the location and event format. We will discuss access, positioning, power, timing and any venue permissions with you before confirming the booking.
